Azizul Zahid

Azizul Zahid is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in computer engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research focuses on human-robot interaction and smart intelligent devices. Zahid is exploring ways to enhance the interactive capabilities of robots, enabling them to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Specifically, he is doing research on how reinforcement learning can facilitate human-robot interaction and studying the positive perspectives that people from different cultures have towards robots.

Additionally, he is working on intelligent smart and computing devices that will facilitate efficient way of communication among humans and robots. Prior to his studies at UTK, he earned his B.Sc. degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and served as an adjunct lecturer at a private university in Bangladesh.
